Notes Before Admission and Discharge

• Please bring personal items such as toiletries, towels, underwear, tissues, comfortable shoes, any regular medications, a mobile phone charger, and a face mask.
• Before surgery, nail polish, accessories, contact lenses, and makeup are not permitted.
• If you require copies of medical records or a medical certificate, please inform us before discharge.
• You may bring copies of imaging studies (such as CT or MRI scans) performed at other hospitals on CDs or films.
• If you bring your imaging studies, they can be uploaded either at the CD copying machine on the 1st floor or at the Department of Radiology on Basement Level 1 prior to your consultation.
• If your symptoms have changed or the imaging studies were performed some time ago, your doctor may recommend new imaging tests to ensure an accurate diagnosis.
• Please note that image interpretation fees may apply.
