I suddenly had back pain and numbness in my legs after a severe exercise a long time ago. 
I've already had spinal surgery in Germany once.
It was an open surgery to remove disc with a large incision at L5-S1.
After surgery, the severe pain in my legs improved, but I felt back pain and numbness on and off two years later.

Due to my job, I had to travel to many countries and back pain got worse when I have long flights. 

Later, the pain became more severe and even it was difficult to walk.
Meanwhile, I happened to meet a Korean spinal neurosurgeon at Frankfurt Airport in Germany.
He was Dr. Sang-ho Lee at Wooridul Spine hospital.
